First logo I designed using a MacPlus and Adobe Pagemaker software, while working at Kilkenny Design Consultancy, Kilkenny, Ireland, 1986. Possibly the first ever logo designed on a Mac in Ireland. On a recent discussion about the use of Apple Macintosh computers for graphic design in Ireland, I remembered that one of the first Apple Macs in a design studio in the country was at the studio I worked in. Then I decided to see if the first logo i designed using the Mac Plus was still in use. To my biggest surprise, it still was, all these years later! Sadly they changed it recently. For sure, this is my longest lasting design so far! |
